My vehicles transmission was acting funny at times, but they evaluated it and found no issues and advised me to let them know if anything changes.

Love this place! I wouldn’t have chose any other place to work on my vehicles. I watch my mom take her car to other shops in town and nothing gets done or it’s half completed. Not here, it gets done and fast. The office staff is very nice, easy to talk to. Their facilities are clean and when can you ever say that about an automotive shop, they keep it clean even though they’re so busy all the time. Also they give you a complete break down of the cost of parts and labor which gives you piece of mind knowing they’re charging the right price. Doesn’t matter anyways I would pay more for the piece of mind knowing my car was going to be fixed properly.

Dirks Automotive quickly and professionally took care of a check engine light issue I had with my vehicle. Had me back on the road in no time and provided me with a ride home and to the shop while they made the needed repairs. An asset to the community. I recommend them highly.
