I've never had a vehicle go into the shop for such a big job. I was nervous to say the least. Dirks was awesome, they communicated with me about everything they were doing and even emailed details of what they found and what they were working on. Even sent pics too. After the initial estimate, my price hardly moved which was nice. And after 7 months of my poor Toyota just sitting there broken, dirks exceeded my expectations with the transmission replacement. You guys are awesome . Thank you
