Oroville and Chico Auto Repair

I was treated very good, all my questions were answered. I've taken several vehicles in over the years, the service is always great.

Straight forward, and fixed my problem within a day. A different shop was going to charge my thousands for several big fixes that were not the root problem. I’m very grateful to Dirks, and so is my wallet.

Went above and beyond to take care of me.

Fantastic service. Was able to get us back on the road to Texas after a break down in California. Will always be grateful. Thanks to Jeff and the mechanics that worked on our car. We made it home yesterday safely.

Great place! I asked if they can fix my car before I go to work and they got it done with a hour to spare! So far my car runs great and I have no issues!

We needed the car smogged. They stuck to the appointment, respectful and prompt. They do very good work.

You guys did a transmission service on my sons 2000 GMC Sierra 4×4 . Also did an oil change. We had you rented the transmission over a year and half ago and did amazing work. You notice some other little important things that needed fixed. We were very happy you found them. You do amazing work. Thank you very much.

I have recently had two repairs done at Dirks. They went beyond their services by locating my towed vehicle which was left on the street somewhere due to an incompetent tow truck driver. Can’t Thank them enough. Office staff is great. Highly recommended this business.

Been using Dirks Automotive since 1992. I Trust Dirks Automotive with all my vehicle needs. Dirks is the BEST!!!
