Dirks has always taken care of the problems I have encountered. They have also taken the time to explain what caused the problem and how they were going to salve it.

They were very friendly and kept my updated constantly with the issues I was having with my truck! They fixed it and even cheaper then we thought it would be!

Good service

Breanna and Drew have always been very friendly and the service performed on my vehicles has always been done perfectly and in a timely manner.

Outstanding customer service and great work. They rebuilt the transmission on my Jeep Rubicon and it has never shifted smoother. I am very pleased. During the week they were working on my car I injured my leg and was immobilized. I was not able to go to the shop and pick it up so they delivered my Jeep to me in upper Magalia. That's over a 40 mile round trip! They went above and beyond and they definitely made me feel like an appreciated customer. Breanna and Drew were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Dirk's.

Excellent service as always
