They really take the time to get the job done right and if you don't know much about vehicles they don't make you feel like a complete idiot...

this is the second time I brought a vehicle to DIrks and I am just a pleased as the first time. I brought my older Ford 150 truck in this week, and while it took a while to diagnosis the problem, I was kept well informed on progress and updated on my options and cost.The staff was friendly and polite and went the extra mile to complete my truck on time and at a reasonable price.

They even washed my jeep.

Wanted over $8000 to fix my vehicle. When i has a tow truck come take it to another shop it took a long time for them to find my big blue Suburban. Then the mechanic drive it up hill with no regard to the fact it was there for a transmission rebuild. When asked if driving it uphill hurt it further he replied “probably not “
