I Had my vehicle at Gilberts Auto Remedy for a week with no questions answered not really hands on with anything made me feel like My car wasn’t really a priority for them really sucked given the fact I’m 9 hours away from home and not familiar with the town and was recommended that place anyway the same day I pick up my vehicle form Gilberts is the same day i came across dirks number online i called to see if maybe they’d be a better help I spoke to a very polite man named drew and they immediately tried handling my problem the moment I called he had me come in rite away I finally arrived and keep In mind I was on there time with no appointment! I might have called at the rite time given the fact they are a busy company but I’m very grateful for this place I was able to leave with an few answered questions I made an appointment immediately to get the problem Handled and I’m really positive that they will be able to fix it my i will definitely recommend this place ,customer service was a 10 very welcoming very clean and maintained in the inside as well where I waited not one thing went unnoticed from them it is definitely a 5star for me !!!

The staff are very professional and courtesy. Service manager knows what he is doing and does it very well. Mechanics also appear to be excellent because y old truck runs like new.
