I’ve used Dirks a few times. They can be a bit pricey, on par with a dealership sometimes, but you can trust their work. They’ve never tried selling repairs or services that were in needed, even when they were dealing with just my wife who knows nothing about automotive repairs. They’ve always been polite, professional and even offered up a loaner car.

Friendly staff. Repairs have been completed on time every time.

My vehicles transmission was acting funny at times, but they evaluated it and found no issues and advised me to let them know if anything changes.
