Saved me a lot of money on the transmission. Had the oil changed while it was on the lift. It's good to know I don't have to follow-up on the work like with BIG-O. I was even given a ride to the business by the business. Great job!
Doug and Bill have great customer service and the techs do high quality work. I am particular about my vehicle and they get it. The prices are fair, the quality is excellent and the communication top notch. I'd send anyone there without hesitation.
Service was great and job completed on time as promised. It would be nice though if after service vehicles could be washed and vacumned.

Very nice over the phone. Brought my vehicle in on appointment and completed all the work in a timely manner. Took the time to answer any questions I had. I will bring my vehicle back if ever needs work again. The quote given me for repairs was right on target.

I had a good experience with Dirks. They were recommended as a place to go for transmissions. I had mine replaced and then experienced issues a year and a half later. They were completely willing to deal with the problem and they were courteous in our conversations over the phone.
