Great service and very professional to resolve a band adjustment on my 1989 Chrysler TC. I was told by three other shops in Chico that my transmission was just fine and the 'clunking' sound when shifting was normal for my car year and model. The check engine light on our Mitsibishi came on as we were driving home from Reno on Sunday. We stopped by on Monday and were given an appointment for Tues. The problem was found and resolved in a timely mannor. Once again we are pleased and happy with both the work and treatment we recieved at Dirk's.
