Took my used (new to me) Toyota Tundra to Dirks for my first oil change. When I picked up the truck, the service tech. alerted me about a Toyota recall issue on my Tundra and I need to go to a Toyota dearer to get the recall (computer/braking) fixed. I thought that was neat that they informed me about the recall. I take all my vehicles to Dirks for service/repair; because they are the best at what they do. Customer satisfaction is always number. one.

I made an appointment to have the transmission in my 2004 Dodge 3500 4x4 serviced and when I arrived I was treated well and my truck was taken in and examined and found to have a Main Front Seal leaking in the transmission. I spoke with Doug Dirks regarding this and his opinion was to not do the service at this time and watch the oil to make sure it doesn't get low and schedule a complete transmission overhaul when I get back from my trip to Idaho. I agreed with him and will follow his advice. At present it isn't leaking very much. The Tech put things back together and I left. I thought the service to be excellent.
