I knew something was wrong with my car and had taken it to other shops. They guessed at different things. Today, I took my car to Dirk's. At over 100,000 miles, for the first time, my car ran so smoothly and the AC which previously was barely putting out air blew powerfully and ice cold! Reasonable prices, and they only charge for what you really need. Honest work from people who know what they are doing! Worth EVERY penny!!!

The transmission on my truck is working just fine now. I loaded up two horses and went camping in the hills and had no problems at all. Thanks for fixing it in time for me to leave on time.

We had a major transmission failure while up in Oroville at our kids house in end of November 2014. Ron called Dirks late after closing and was told we could have our SUV towed in the next day. We left it at Dirks and rented a car to drive back to the bay area. Brenda at Dirks called us and kept us completely informed about the problems with our transmission. They worked with us to help keep the costs down on rebuilding our transmission. They did an exceptional job. They provided us with excellent service and a one year warranty on the repair!
