I found Dirk's Automotive by accident when my transmission started acting out on Hwy 70, and I found myself in unknown territory. The personnel and service could not have been a better experience, and I feel so fortunate to have made my way to their business now. I have the highest praise for Drew who worked so diligently on my behalf, going beyond what any customer could expect. I would recommend anyone to Dirk's for excellent mechanic work and services.

Super clean and friendly shop. If you want a quality fix done right I would give them a look. Nice waiting area and shop is really organized.

Excellent help diagnosing my electrical problem.

The work on the air conditioning was completed with Dirk's usual high quality of effort, it is working beautifully. The cost was more then I was expecting but the freon was nearly gone and most the cost was in replacing that. As always I am very pleased with Dirk's.

The only problem was calling us 15 minutes before closing time to say our truck was finished on a friday. Unable to pick it up until Monday with us living an hour away. Would of made plans to pick up friday if we would have had an earlier call. The service was very professional
